As The Pickens County Chronicle announced nearly 10 months ago, Wreaths Across America ceremonies will be held on National Wreaths Across America Day, Saturday, December 14, 2024, and some churches will observe Wreaths Across America on Sunday, December 15. The annual event, the placing of wreaths upon the gravesites of veterans, will be observed at multiple locations in Pickens County, as well as across the nation.
