During the February 10, 2025 Pickens City Council meeting, Mayor Isaiah Scipio proudly presented the first ever “Spirit of Pickens” awards to three outstanding individuals who have made a lasting impact on our community: in alphabetical order, Barry Crawford, Davey Hiott, and Pat Mulkey.
