Old Time Weekend Jam Festival returns to Hagood Mill April 18-19

Dust off your banjo, pack your tent, and head to the mountains for a weekend steeped in tradition! The Old Time Weekend Jam Festival is back at the Hagood Mill Historic Site April 18–19, 2025, bringing two days of toe-tapping music, hands-on heritage experiences, and family-friendly fun in the scenic Blue Ridge foothills.

 

This much-loved annual festival invites music lovers, history buffs, and outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy old-time music performances, traditional arts and crafts, living history, and an unforgettable camping experience under the stars.

 

Weekend Schedule & Highlights

Friday, April 18

·         Gates Open: noon for campers

·         Friday Night Concert: 7:30 PM at the Heritage Pavilion

·         Featuring: Jennifer Rhea Linville, Owen Grooms, JT Linville, and Adam Masters

 

Saturday, April 19

·         Main Event Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Bring your instruments and join open jam sessions happening throughout the day!

Don’t miss the historic 1845 water-powered gristmill in operation—grinding fresh stone-ground cornmeal, grits, and flour available for purchase.

Saturday Night Campground Jam

After the main festivities wrap up, head over to the Meadows Stage for an informal Saturday Night Campground Jam. Bring your instrument and your camp chair for a relaxed evening of music under the stars.
