The Issaqueena Festival will be held in downtown Six Mile on May 17, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Free entertainment will be provided for adults and children, including a free kids zone. Bring your blanket or chair. There will be plenty of room to sit down and enjoy. Representatives from the Lower Eastern Cherokee Nation will have craft items for sale, will perform dances, and will tell stories that have been passed down from their ancestors. Food vendors and arts and crafts vendors will line North Main Street.
