Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative Christmas tree lighting to be held Tuesday, November 26

Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative will celebrate the upcoming Christmas season with its annual tree lighting on Tuesday, November 26, at 5:15 p.m. The celebration will be held at the Pickens office, located at 724 West Main Street. The Honorable Eddie Welmaker, retired circuit court judge, will light the tree, and the choir of Liberty Primary School will sing Christmas selections. The ceremony will include a devotional message from Pastor Bart Turner of Oolenoy Baptist Church and a visit from Miss South Carolina Davis Wash. All community members are invited to attend and enjoy the festivities. Light refreshments will be served.
