Friday, January 10 will be e-Learning day for students due to inclement weather, all activities for Saturday, January 11 are cancelled
Friday, January 10, 2025 will be an eLearning Day for students in the School District of Pickens County due to the predicted winter storm and concerns about hazardous travel conditions. Students will not attend school in person.
In addition, all activities scheduled for Saturday, January 11, 2025, are cancelled.
This decision was made after the SDPC Weather Team consulted with state and county agencies regarding the forecast for Friday. The eLearning Days allow students to make up days missed due to inclement weather or other emergencies by completing a set of assignments within five school days.
