City of Pickens presents first Spirit of Pickens awards to Barry Crawford, Davey Hiott, and Pat Mulkey
During the February 10, 2025 Pickens City Council meeting, Mayor Isaiah Scipio proudly presented the first ever “Spirit of Pickens” awards to three outstanding individuals who have made a lasting impact on our community: in alphabetical order, Barry Crawford, Davey Hiott, and Pat Mulkey.
