Semper Fi Barn in Six Mile to host National Vietnam War Veterans Day remembrance event on Sunday, March 29
Semper Fi Barn – a Veteran Retreat in Six Mile will host a National Vietnam War Veterans Day remembrance event the afternoon of Sunday, March 29. The free event is open to the public, honoring Vietnam veterans and their families and friends.
The event will include a ceremony and hanging of dog tags from 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and a cookout with Semper Fi Barn tours from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. At 5 p.m., a Sunset Ceremony will be held to remember the fallen. This special event is sponsored by the American Legion.
Semper Fi Barn is located at 314 Furman L. Smith Memorial Highway.
