Semper Fi Barn in Six Mile to hold Sunset Ceremony of Remembrance for fallen military at 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 28
Join the Semper Fi Barn in Six Mile at 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 28 to honor two recent losses borne by our Armed Forces. On June 15, eight aviators — military officers, civilian engineers, and Boeing contractors — perished when a B-52 Stratofortress crashed on takeoff during a routine test mission at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Among the fallen: Col. Gregory Watson, Lt. Col. Gabriel Estrella, Retired Lt. Col. Miles Middleton, Maj. Alexander Davis, Maj. Robert Dee, Maj. Brad Hovey, Jeromy Smith, and Christopher Rischar.
Also honored will be SSG Kane Mann, from Easley, who passed away on May 29.
