Clemson Corps is hosting a Memorial Day ceremony on main campus from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 24. The ceremony remembers the 498 fallen Clemson alumni who have given their lives in service to our nation. The program features a convocation, keynote address, lowering of the American flag, and placing of the wreath.
The keynote address is being offered by Major General (Ret.) Henry C. “Hank” Morrow ’77. Morrow served in the United States Air Force for more than three decades and earned multiple awards of distinction, including the Defense Superior Service Medal (twice), Director’s Honor Award from the United States Secret Service, and the Air Force’s Distinguished Service Medal and Legion of Merit.
The ceremony is open to the public and takes place at the Scroll of Honor Memorial across Williamson Road from Memorial Stadium. Limited chairs will be available, so attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
