Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative is proud to be powering the new AnMed Central/Clemson campus, which held a ceremonial groundbreaking event this morning, August 19, 2025 near the intersection of U.S. Highway 123 and 18 Mile Road. This $105 million project will bring more than 50 quality jobs to our area and a 150,000-square-foot campus that will house primary care services, specialty physician offices, physical therapy and laboratory and imaging services. The campus is projected to open in the spring of 2027, and Blue RIdge Electric Cooperative looks forward to helping turn the lights on.
