On Wednesday night, January 29, 2025, Clay Jones was one of 10 linemen representing rural electric cooperatives in South Carolina at Governor Henry McMaster’s State of the State address. Clay has dedicated 13 years of his career to Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative and attended with his wife, Kadalynn. He demonstrated senior leadership and a relentless work ethic during Hurricane Helene’s two-week restoration efforts.
