Liberty Mayor Erica Romo Woods has been elected to the Board of the Association of South Carolina Mayors. She thanked her fellow mayors in South Carolina for nominating and electing her to serve a one-year unexpired term. “I am humbled and honored,” she said. “Thank you to our outgoing board members.
