Charles Hood, author of Looking for Space: My Pickens Journey, will present photographs and speak about his newest book, Pickens Portraits: Volume One, at the Hagood Community Center/Pickens Senior Center at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22. 

 

A question and answer period will follow his talk. Books will be available for purchase at $20 (cash or check only), and the author will be available for book signings. All profit from the book sales will go to the Young Appalachian Musicians (YAMs) program, for a camp scholarship fund in memory of his youngest son, Ryan Hood.
