Clemson 8 Challenge on Saturday, March 7, honoring the memory of Colonel Ben Skardon and all Clemson alumni who suffered as prisoners of war, will help send 20 cadets to White Sands, New Mexico for the Bataan Memorial Death March Marathon
The 2026 Clemson 8 Challenge will be held on Saturday, March 7, with an opening ceremony at 9 a.m. The race will begin at Tillman Hall overlooking Bowman Field on the Clemson campus.
The Clemson 8 Challenge is held in memory of Colonel Ben Skardon and all Clemson alumni who suffered as prisoners of war.
Help send 20 cadets to White Sands, New Mexico for the Bataan Memorial Death March Marathon. You do not have to be in Clemson to take the challenge. You can do your eight miles at home over as many as eight days.
