The soulful sounds of the blues will once again echo through the hills of the Upstate as the 2026 Deep Winter Blues Festival returns to Hagood Mill Historic Site on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Now a beloved winter tradition, the Deep Winter Blues Festival celebrates the rich roots and enduring legacy of blues music in an authentic historic setting. This year’s festival will feature an outstanding lineup of nationally recognized and deeply respected blues artists, headlined by Mac Arnold & Plate Full O’ Blues and Veronika Jackson.
The festival will be held in Hagood Mill’s Heritage Pavilion, a premier indoor event venue that offers a comfortable, weather-protected setting while maintaining the rustic charm and scenic surroundings that make Hagood Mill Historic Site unique.
In addition to live music, festival-goers can enjoy a variety of food vendors and browse artisan vendors offering handmade crafts, regional goods, and unique finds—making the Deep Winter Blues Festival a full cultural experience for attendees.
