On Friday, April 19, 2024, School District of Pickens County Board of Trustees member Dr. Betty Bagley was inducted into the South Carolina Educator Hall of Fame. A 1965 graduate of Liberty High School, Dr. Bagley has served for more than 50 years in education as a teacher, district administrator, and university instructor. Her impact on the lives of students is immeasurable and the School District cannot thank her enough for her continued commitment to the students and staff of the School District of Pickens County.
