Bell-Ringing ceremony in honor of Lainey Gilstrap to be held Saturday, July 12 at Old Market Square in Easley
A very important member of our blue family has gone to the clinic for the last time. Lainey Gilstrap, daughter of veteran Pickens County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Danon Gilstrap, has fought hard since her March, 2023 diagnosis of cancer, and now it is time to celebrate. Join us for the biggest, funnest bell-ringing ceremony ever on July 12 at Old Market Square in Easley from 9:00 a.m. to noon. A special first responder parade will begin at 8:30 a.m. to escort our princess to the stage. We can’t wait to make this a special day for Lainey.
