Congratulations to Liberty High School student Elizabeth Thrasher for being this year’s Liberty Community Scholarship Board’s ‘Create Our Christmas Card’ art contest winner. The Liberty Community Scholarship Board provides tuition scholarships for those graduating from Liberty High School. Elizabeth’s postcard can be viewed at the Pickens County Museum of Art & History for a limited time.
